Teaching At Iowa For a number of years the University of Iowa produced a half-hour radio program called "Teaching at Iowa," co-hosted by Carolyn Lieberg and Tom Rocklin of the Center for Teaching at the University of Iowa. Many of you are familiar with Tom Rocklin through the TECHPED columns he wrote for The National Teaching and Learning Forum until he moved on into upper administration. A generous agreement with the University of Iowa allows the Forum to make these programs available on this Web site. Their posting here--while not restricted--is intended primarily for the benefit of the Forum's site licensees. It's our hope that the taped broadcasts will be downloaded and used in the programmatic activities of the many teaching and learning centers, colleges and universities which subscribe to the Forum. The programs are available in MP3 and RealPlayer formats. Legal Notice For such permission, contact: Due to the length of these programs--they are each a half-hour--we recommend you save the files and play them locally.
