Brookfield's QuestionsInstead of the One-Minute Paper widely championed in classroom assessment circles, each week Brookfield asks students to complete a "critical incident questionnaire." The answers provide a central part of the feedback reflective practice requires.
Please take about five minutes to respond to each of the questions below about this week's class(es). Don't put your name on the form—your responses are anonymous. When you have finished writing, put one copy of the form on the table by the door and keep the other copy for yourself.
