SHARE Innovation Awards

The program is sponsored by SmithKline Beecham and the Institute on Aging to improve the health status of racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse elders in the United States and Canada. The awards are granted to organizations proposing new approaches to improving health care access and outcomes for this group. Up to five two-year awards will be made.

Requirements: US and Canadian community-based, nongovernmental health care and social service organizations that have the primary mission of improving health care access for elders are eligible.

Amount of Grant: $200,000
